“EVIL LIVES HERE”
The Investigation Discovery series “Evil Lives Here” is casting roles for an upcoming episode. The show focuses on killers and people in their lives. The show is casting two roles for young actors. Both are younger versions of the character Rachel, who discovers as an adult that her father was a murderer. The first role is for a Caucasian female actor, aged 7–11, to play Rachel as an adoring daughter to her father. The second role is for a Caucasian female actor, aged 13–18, to play Rachel after her parents’ divorce. She has to deal with a step-mother that favors her own children over Rachel and her siblings. Additional roles are for Caucasian male and female talent, aged 12–24 to play Rachel’s siblings. Shooting takes place for three to four days during the week of Dec. 3 in the New York City and New Jersey area. All three roles will pay $65 for a half-day shoot. Apply here!
“LA PLAYA” MUSIC VIDEO
An 80s themed hip-hop music video is a casting a child dancer for a lead role. The story follows a young boy, Harold, that starts an old-school 80s discotheque trend at school after discovering his father’s old cassettes and boombox. The video is casting a young male dancer-actor, aged 10–15, to play Harold. Actors should be no taller than 5’5” and should be able to speak a few words in Spanish convincingly. “STRONG OPINIONS” SOUP COMMERCIAL
An online commercial for a frozen soup company is casting a role for a young actor. The comedic video follows a mother and her daughter traveling to the grocery store and shopping for healthy soup. The role of the daughter is open for a Caucasian, Latina/Hispanic, or African American actor, aged 5–7. Shooting takes place on Nov. 27, from 7–11 p.m. in Hoboken, New Jersey.
